6. Payment & Subscriptions

Some Services may require payment. Pricing and subscription details will be outlined during onboarding or on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenXAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the last 12 months.
